2013 is Nanyang Siang Pau’s 90th anniversary.

Nanyang Charity Run

Date: 1st May 2013
Time: 6:00am Registration （Please be punctual as the run will start at 7am）
Venue: Nanyang Siang Pau’s Petaling Jaya car park
Closing date: 25th Apr 2013

A. Rules and regulations

1. Everyone is welcome to join.
2. Entry fees:
i. Open Group: (19 years old and above) RM50
ii. Teenagers’ Group: (13 – 18 years old) RM30
iii. Kids’ Group: (12 years old and below) RM20
3. All participants must obey all instructions from the organiser.
4. All participants must wear the Nanyang Charity Run T-shirt during the Nanyang Charity Run.
(All participants are welcome to collect their Nanyang Charity Run t-shirt from Nanyang Siang Pau.)

B. Prizes

1. There will be Champion, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-up and 7 winning prizes for each group.
2. Awards:
• Award: biggest team for corporations
• Award: biggest team for Chinese associations
• Award: biggest team for schools
• Award: highest donation for corporations

C. Others

1. The organiser has the right to refuse any participants without giving any reasons.
2. The organiser will not be responsible for any accidents or negligence, or the loss of an individual’s personal belongings.
3. The organiser has the right to add in or omit any rules and regulations.

Method of registration, donation, or sponsorship

Category	Contribution	Return of investment
A	Cash sponsor and/or products, value more than RM 500.00 and below RM3000.00.	Names will be published in news release.
B	Cash sponsor RM 3000.00 and above.	Logo will be printed in all promotional materials. Will be given a complimentary booth (10ftX10ft) for selling products and appreciation certificate.
C	Cash sponsor RM 5000.00 and above.	Logo will be printed in all promotional materials. Will be given 2 complimentary booths (20ftX20ft) for selling products and appreciation certificate.

《南洋行》义跑

时间: 6.00am 报到 （义跑会在7am开跑，请参加者准时报到。）
起跑地点: 《南洋商报》 八打灵再也总社停车场
报名截止日期: 25/4/2013

A. 参加规则

1. 各界人士均可报名参加。
2. 参与义跑者报名费：
i. 成人组：（19岁 – 以上）马币50元
ii. 少年组：（13岁 – 18岁）马币30元
iii. 儿童组：（12岁 – 以下）马币20元
3. 参加者须服从主办当局一切指示。
4. 所有参加者须于当天早上穿上《南洋行》义跑T恤。
（参加者须到《南洋商报》领取义跑T恤）

B. 奖励

1. 各组有冠、亚、季军及7份优胜奖。
2. 奖项：
• 阵容最大企业奖（1份）
• 阵容最大华团奖（1份）
• 阵容最大学校奖（1份）
• 企业捐款额最高（1份）

C. 其他

1. 筹委会有权拒绝任何参加者而无须给于任何理由。
2. 筹委会不负责一切意外或疏忽所导致之人身或财物损失。
3. 《南洋行》义跑细则若有不尽善处，筹委会有权增删。

A	赞助现金或物品超过500令吉以 上，3000令吉以下者	在报端刊出芳名。
B	赞助现金3000令吉及以上者	公司标志将置入所有宣传品及新闻 版头。 活动当天可获一个免费摊位销售产 品。
C	赞助现金5000令吉及以上者	公司标志将置入所有宣传品及新闻版头。 在活动当天获得两个免费摊位销售产品。
