Yayasan Nanyang Press regrets to announce that Foong Chee Kheong had passed away on 2nd August 2017. Hence, Yayasan Nanyang Press will officially stop collecting funds for his medical support.

From the period of 13/09/2012 to 11/08/2017, Yayasan Nanyang Press had supported Foong Chee Kheong’s medical bills and monthly living expenses with grand total of RM38647.10. The balance of the fundraising is RM298.90 and will be transferred to other patients who in need.

病者于02/08/2017逝世，南洋報業基金宣布停止籌款。

南洋報業基金于2012年9月至2017年8月，為病者籌獲RM38647.10，並為他支付了RM27147.10的醫藥費和在2015年9月至2017年8月期間每個月RM500的生活費。如今款項還剩RM289.90，這筆餘款在馮志強家屬的同意下將會轉至其他急需的病者。
