Sutera Morgan, who is aged 24 years old, has been diagnosed with scoliosis 3 years ago. His spine has developed a 180-degree arc which led to his appearance different from others. Also, due to scoliosis, he suffers from limbs pain. Morgan is currently waiting to undergo the necessary surgery to correct his spine yet he is unable to do so because of the expensive medical bills.

Morgan is an orphan who is adopted by his aunt since young. Unfortunately, his aunt is unable to afford his medical expenses as she is only earning RM300 per month. Even though the welfare grants RM300 to the family, his aunt, being a single mother, has to raise 5 children and this has resulted in great difficulty for his aunt to afford his medical bills. It was told that Morgan had not been taking any medicines for more than 4 months because of the inability to afford the medicines; the current medical expenses are cost about RM600 which includes various pain killers and hemostatic. As a result, Morgan is in pain for more than 4 months and he barely can sleep.

The necessary appliances and surgery to treat Morgan are cost around RM50, 000. His aunt, Vasanthi claimed that she was forced to borrow money from neighbours to pay off Morgan’s medical bills previously. They hope that there will be some donation from the public to assist them.
