After filling up the application form, please get the signature and official stamp from the headmaster/headmistress for authentication purposes. Please submit the application form together with photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate, applicant’s IC and parents’ IC to Yayasan Nanyang Press. 填完以上资料 后，请校方校长签名和盖章以作认证，连同附件申请者身份证与报生纸复本，以及申请者父母的身份证复本，提交于南洋报 业基金。

Applicants may collect the application form at Grand Imperial Restaurant (Casa Klang). 申请者可到巴生喜悦海鲜酒家索取申请表格。
