In conjunction with the Mooncake Festival, a charity dinner “Mash Show 2014” will be held on 6th September 2014 (Saturday) at MegaStar Arena by Dato Roland Tan. The dinner will start at 6pm. The famous local DJ KK Wong (Dating Ong) and famous local artist Mark Adam will also perform during the dinner. The dinner is organised by SS Production and ROKARO Entertainment Sdn Bhd, and is sponsored by Hotel Lisa De Inn. Nanyang Siang Pau and China Press are the official media for the event. The main purpose of the charity dinner is to celebrate the Mooncake Festival and engage in charitable activities, which is to raise funds for Yayasan Nanyang Press.

After receiving an excellent response from the audience last year, Dato Tan will uphold the spirit of the previous year’s event by organising the Mash Show once again this year. Unlike previous years, besides a singing performance by Dato Tan, this year’s charity dinner will also feature an on-stage drama performance. The targeted amount of collection from the charity event is RM 20,000. The stage and content of the performance are specifically designed to bring an impressive performance to the audience; Dato hopes that the audience can enjoy the performance while doing charity.

Dato Roland Tan is a local artist who is famous for impersonating famous Hong Kong artist Sam Hui. Hailed as Malaysia’s Sam Hui, Dato Tan has released three albums to date. Dato Tan has performed as a guest at Sam Hui’s concert. He will perform classical songs from Sam Hui during the dinner.

中秋节除了赏月， 吃月饼，也可做善事！ 为帮助南洋报业基金筹募款项，大马许冠杰拿督陈见明于9月6日（星期六）举办一场 “Mash Show 2014 大马许冠杰歌唱戏剧中秋晚宴” 。 此中秋晚宴将于当天傍晚6时， 在 MegaStar Arena 掀开序幕，届时988著名 DJ KK （Datin Ong） 以及大马艺人 Mark Adam 将担任表演嘉宾。 这场义演是由 SS Production 和乐加乐餐馆歌厅主办、Hotel Lisa De Inn 赞助， 并由《南洋商报》与《中国报》为合作媒体， 中秋晚宴是以义演方式进行， 并承诺将晚宴所筹获的款项捐献予南洋报业基金。

大马许冠杰义演继去年获得大众的热烈响应后， 今年再次举办第二次义演。 此次义演陈见明除了载歌载舞， 也在此演出中加入舞台剧， 让表演更加多元化。 此场义演的目标为筹得2万元的款项以捐献给南洋报业基金帮助有需要的人士。 拿督陈见明盼希望出席的观众们在做善事捐款之余， 不要忘了全程享受其表演，因为无论是表演内容或是场地的设备， 都是经过精心设计。

陈见明是一位本地歌手，以模仿许冠杰闻名海外， 就连许冠杰本尊来马开场， 陈见明也曾受邀与偶像合唱、成为一时佳话。 除了歌唱成就， 陈见明亦于2006年出品及参演本地惊悚电影“606”， 并亲自为电影创作插曲“遗憾也是美” 。这场大马许 冠杰歌唱戏剧中秋晚宴主要是为庆祝中秋节及宣扬中华文化， 并且从中做善事， 帮助有需要的人， 可谓一举三得。 演绎脍炙人口歌曲大马许冠杰陈见明也将会在晚宴中为出席者带出许冠杰脍炙人口的歌曲，与观众们回味当初。
